Default WV DNR Regulation Survey

Back a few months ago, the WV DNR had posted on their site a questionarre about some proposed changes to the regulations.

One of these changes was dealing with feeding/baiting, whatever you want to call it, deer. I believe the proposal was going to make it illegal to have feeders out from October 1st through December 31st.

Has any other WV hunters, or anyone who hunts WV heard anything about this and where it went? Did the WV DNR approve it or what?

I have a copy of the 2005-2006 Hunting/Trapping Regulations, but there is nothing there in relation to feeding deer.
