Default Kind of tree stand for NJ hunting

I am looking into purchasing a tree stand, and I hunt in NJ on state property and some private land. I am curious as to the type of tree stand anyone recommends for example a climber, ladder, or fixed stand also what brands and models everyone recommends.

thanks

I recommend using a climber on state property, ladders and hang on stand on your private spots.

I agree with duckmaster i have had a few stands stolen there are people out there that dont respect other peoples stuff.
Climbers are great because you can pretty much set up where ever you want.
I have the summit viper and i love it.

I agree.... A climber is your best bet where there will be other hunters you don't know hunting... I love ladder stands if I'm hunting private....

I also hunt public lands, and I use a climber. I use API, but Summit are also very good stands
