I got my bonus permit on Thursday of last week and my regular any deer permit a couple days ago. I got nervous after getting my bonus tag first and was apparently one of several hundred that called asking about that.
That's also the area I grew up in so I'm a lot more familiar with the hunting spots, my family is stil there, etc. That's where I still call home. There's a lot to be said for growing up alongside a dirt road and a lake.
I seem to recall hearing of some sizeable deer taken in the Clinton area. Any truth to those stories?
