Default "Hunt of a Lifetime" benefit 3D Shoot....SC PA

Sunday July 17th
West Manchester Township Farmers & Sportsmen's Assoc. 40 targets novelty shoots, raffels, door prizes, food, and fun all proceeds to benefit H.O.A.L which sends terminally ill children on hunting trips. (Great charity!)
This is a VERY nice club and the terrain makes for some of the best shooting in the South Central PA area.
West Manchester Sportsmen is located near Dover, PA between York and Harrisburg. An easy day drive (from I76/ I83/ I81/ Rt30 and beyond.)for lots of people!

You can email me for detailed directions or contact:
Allen Walters {717}292-4674 or Brad Miller {717}465-0883 for directions and more information
Registration 8am-4pm 10 dollars to shoot all day!!so you can't beat it.

What road is this on? I lived in York for 6 years, and may make a last minute road trip out of this to visit friends on Saturday and shoot on Sunday. I hope this isn't ASA regs is it? How are you guys scoring?

Rick,
Here's the easiest way for me to show you where the club is......
Go to:
www.randmcnally.com

enter:
4900 Pine Hill Rd.
Dover, PA 17315
zoom in and out as necessary to get your bearings.

The scoring is IBO center X's.
Our club typically scores "Fun" shoots as 10-8-5-0 with the center X counting only as 10X. rather than the 11 that the official IBO shoots score......So you wind up with a score and an X count.
I'm not sure prizes will be given for score......as it's a benefit shoot? (I will check though)

You can shoot all day for 10 bucks on some very nice and varied terrain. Uphills, downhills, treestand shots, fields etc.

I know where that is, I have a lot of friends that livewithin a few miles of there. I don't really care about prizes, just wanted to know if I would be able to turn my card in with a bow shooting 304fps or if they held you to the ASA 280fps rule there. I will post up if I am definately making this and when I know more, I have to run it by the boss tonight when I get home from work.

Rick,
Going to see friends AND a day of shooting? Sounds like a plan.
Speed is not an issue, there really is no sanctioning organization. Just club rules and club stakes (Kids/Traditional/Hunter/Challenge) and shoot what you brought.
Hope you can make it.

Unfortunately I don't think I will be able to make this. I will probably be coming down the following weekend though, of the 23rd and 24th. Any shoots in the general area that weekend that I can try to squeeze in?
