blue: 75% some rust that I have been fighting since I bought it

stock: has been refinished but original owner drilled and for a sling but where filled.

I replaced the front sight with and silver blade for better vision. I am starting an rifle build and need funds. I have no loads for this gun but seems to like 295gr hp powerbelts. I am hoping to have pics up in the next couple days.
