I have a friend who is going to sell his stainless dough mixing bowl (vessel...kettle). I don't know exactly what the capacity of it is, but you can see from the pictures that this is a large (and very heavy) bowl. That's a 4'X4' pallet it is setting on. It was used industrially for mixing baker's dough. It is attached to a base on wheel for portability. You will note from the pictures that one wheel is missing, but this would be an easy fix. The bowl is setting on stainless bearing so it rotates very freely. If you give it a twist, it just keeps on turning. I got to thinking that is would make someone a great mixing vessel for venison. Maybe for making a big batch of jerky or sausage. Because it is stainless, it can be made sanitary. Bottom line is going to be $300 plus you must either come get it or pay shipping charges and I am estimating this thing weighs in the neighborhood of 300 pounds. It is located in southcentral Michigan (Jackson). If you have an interest please email me direct as I might not check this post directly.
