Mike -Twenty-fiveyears ago I imagined myself living in the backcountry, raising my family, and growing old but life had other plans for me. I think my mom will consider all offers from $ .60 on the dollar on up. Its her call. It's a unique property and my mom wishes to retire very soon so I'm trying to get her a good price rather than see her give it away.But she is accepting all reasonable bids for this property.
