I work for a company that specializes in recreational land throughout the midwest. Recently we aquired property about 10 miles south of where the world record non-typical buck was shot in Albia, IA.
What we have here is a totally undeveloped 400+ acre private lake that is surround by 2400 acres of woods, and rolling meadows.
