Are these any particular type of sucker? We have a good many of them around my house but i never looked at them as something to eat. Have you guys prepared them any other way?

I have not tried them any other way yet but my buddy likes them fried. He said they taste like any other fish. I think the suckers we catch are white and red horse. Even if you don't eat them ther fun and easy to catch.

We've been catching some pretty good messes of them here in MO for about 2 weeks now. The bigger ones are just now starting to come up with more of the Red Horse showing up too. We need another good rise in the creeks to start them coming up again.
