Default WI zone 21

Any body out ther live in zone 21? I am wondering if you are seing a lot of gobblers. I live in Oneida Co. and job requirements prohibit me from getting down there before the actual season to do any scouting. Just looking for general observations.

Zone 21 includes partions of:

Adams, Wood, Portage, Jackson, and Clark Counties. It might help if you could narrow the area down a little.

I drive through a good portion of 21(northern Adams, Wood and a lot of Clark) almost every day. I've been seeing a lot of turkeys out and about, but not much in terms of strutting or anything. I've seen a couple of toms displaying the past couple of days around southeastern Clark Co. in some residential areas. That particular group consisted of around forty birds with maybe six or seven big toms, but of course you can't hunt 'em there[:@].Still neat to see. Hopefully things will pick up by third season...
