Default turkeys in SE wisonsin?

Has anybody been out scouting for turkeys in SE Wi? I am hunting out that way April 13- 17 and i am not able to do any scouting. Has there been any activitiy?

I have been seeing alot of Tom's out strutting in unit 26. What unit do you have? I also have April 13th thru 17th.

Well i just got word........from pa, i will be hunting zone 5 on april 13-17.....I knew i had a tag but could not remember what zone. My bro is hunting the 25A........we have seen some birds strutting and called them to the road around here, on the boarder of milwaukee and oz. countries. cant wiat.......its under 2 weeks finally.

Any help on what the birds are doin around these zones would be great. thanks Yall

Be carefull not to call them to much before your hunt or you will educate them not to come in once your really hunting. Practice on ones that are in areas where you can't hunt.
