Northern IL around late April to about mother's day. Once in a while we get a good year and find them early and late, but not too much. I love em, there are discussion boards all over too. www.morels.com has state boards, set up like guest books, but they are good, www.morelmushroomhunting.com has progression maps, boards and pay sites on it. Good luck to everyone.
