Default How about a Cabela's meet-up???

I think this idea has been thrown around a little, but I'm not sure if anything has come of it. So anyway, would anyone be interested in a Cabela's meet-up in Dundee, MI? Maybe some upcoming Saturday. Any takers?

Not this Saturday, as I'll be in Saginaw, but it might be something I'd be interested in sometime in January... of course my boyfriend would be there with me, and I don't know if my mom got around to it or not, but she WAS going to get him a Cabelas gift card, I don't think she ever got over there though...

I don't know if he'd go for it, meeting people from the internet is NOT something he wholeheartedly would support I don't think, but it is worth asking. You just can't do it on the 15th or 16th of January, I have a party for my boy who will turn 3 on the 10th.

Sorry, dude. That may be a little far for us Midwesterners.

Judging by the lack of responses, I'm guessing that it will be a no go...[&:]

Tell you all what...if you know your going, and you can give a weekor so notice, post it here, and whoever wants to can meet up.

Nice idea. Planned a trip to the Prairie du Chien, WI store on Dec. 30th.

This is my first trip to a Cabela's store. I plan on making it a yearly adventure. I have this sneaky feeling that this is going to be a very expensive road trip.

Just a word of caution about Cabela's. They are a seasonal store, if you plan on going to check out archery or gun hunting equipment or camo clothing for bow hunting you better get there pretty soon or it will be all gone. They don't restock the shelves for these seasons again until the middle of the summer. I found that out the hard way by driving 4 hrs to the Cabela's in Prairie du Chien WI. to check out the archery dept and I was extremly disappointed. Lesson learned!!!!!!!!
