yea I shot this buck the first night out. Was in tree at 4 ,and shot him @ 5 .Shot him @ 4 yards from the tree .He followed a doe in . Daughter was with me when I shot this buck . I'm color blind so she followed the blood trail . She's a real tracker ( Thanks Karlin) . he went about 150 yards . When gutting him the arrow took the top of his heart off . Shot him Dec. 6 th Day after my B-day.
Tell the truth now. Your daughter actually shot it, didn't she.
I think it's great that you got the deer with your daughter there. I am blessed to say I have a son and daughter that hunts. A couple of weeks ago I even took my 9 yr old Granddaughter with me. We didn't get anything but had a wonderfull time.
