Default Gas on boots

Just last weekend i was filling up my four wheeler with gas and i spilled quite a bit on my boots, which are leather. I was thinking of taking a pale and putting water and that scent killer stuff and soak it in that for a couple of days. What do you guys think i ough to do? Any help will be helpful.

You could light them on fire and the gas smell will go away! Gas is not a smell deer associate with danger, so I would think it would not bother them that much. it should disapate if you leave them outside. Put baking soda on them and see if it will draw the smell out.

Ya gotta remember to shake it a few times before putting it back or you'll always drip on your boots ...

Hate to say it and hopefully you already have, get a new pair. I'd get some rubber ones.
Try putting baking soda or ammonia on em. Not together. Put em in a bucket with a lid and some baking soda for 2 days.
Use the Ammonia with hot water and scrub it in. This got diseil smell out of a jobsite container for me. Cedar Shavings at the end, But even if you don't smell it, the deer may still be able to.
