sorry computer screwed up who's heading out for opening day of spring turkey in ohio's south zones. i will be out by 5am in my pop up

got a nice tom on opening day weighed aprox 22 lbs & got a jake the sunday nite in south zone so i cant complain

tom, are you coming to Pa. for bear this year. ive seen two in the Clarksburg area. others have been seeing bear around too.

not 100% sure yet. but will let you know. it's startng to get very hard to get permission to hunt down in pa . seems like everybody is leasing to some type of hunting club. for boo koo bucks. now it's the same here in ohio. seem to be around 800 bucks & up to lease some properties out here.just had 6 farms go leasing & 4 farms that were sold & no permission to hunt on.

got that right. its hard finding places to hunt around Clarksburg too. you might look into hunting the hillside behind the old football field. the old Drummond farm along the river. i dont think its posted. also try Huey Jamison's place. he owns the nursery near the Avonmore crossroads. there is state game lands over by the old Federal Lab building near Tunnelton. take care.
