Question Kansas

any thoughts on the pheasant/quail populations in Kansas??

Was out scouting couple weeks ago in rooks county, north central ks. Very few hens and not a single male. Saw about 8 dozen quail. TONS of coyotes!! Wish had better info.

I had heard that Gove, Sheriden Co's might be better this year.....looks like a 2nd or 3rd hatch......hope that's correct

I hunted in the hutch/nickerson area last year and they had great numbers. I hope to see the same this year.

I have seen more quail & pheasant's in the Pratt Ks area than last year!!! But turkey's seem to be down !!!
