Yes I' m afraid I already have the fever as well. Been treating the condition by scouting and hanging stands. Heading to western Illinois the 12th & 13th for further therapy.[X(]

You guys should try the Anderson Lake area, by Havana for waterfowl & deer. We have a darn good area. 48 walkin sites and 20 blinds. Lodging right across road from lake & Illinois River. HAPPY HUNTING !!!!!!

Talk about fever....try going to Colorado bow hunting for a week and then have to come home and wait for 3 weeks before you can go again!! It is a punishment I think. But I fill in some of the month with a little dove hunting!

Good luck all!!

Gonna do some final scouting/stand hanging this weekend - provided the rain holds off.

Then I leave for Ontario on the 26th for a week of moose hunting, only to return home on the 4th to start my deer season. I can' t wait.

Just placed my final order w/Cabela' s this morning for last minute supplies.
