Have not really looked into Wisconsin. Do non-residents have very good odds?

Just as good of a chance as resident it all depends on what zone you want to hunt it goes by how many points you have it will take you anyway from 5 to 10 years to draw a bear tag in wisconsin depending on the zone

OK thanks. What does it cost to apply for a point? How much are bear licenses? I know I'm being lazy by asking you and not going to the DNR website.

Thanks.

It cost $3.00 dollars to apply and you have to apply by dec 10 every year and once you draw a tag i think but not 100 percent sure but a tag for a non res is $200.00
