Default Anyone hunt near lima, OH

I go to school at UNOH in Lima, OH and I was wondering if anyone hunted around here. I am from Indiana.. I got my buck back home last weekend and got permission to hunt at Brennco Hog Farms just outside of Elida.

A member from my hunting team, Joe Pence, is from Lima, he told me that he never hunted in Lima (Allen County) very often but did a lot of hunting in Auglaize and Putnam County. Joe told me that unlike the Dayton area there is not a lot of public hunting land around there so you have to rely on your ability to get permission from land owners. Hopefully this helps with your search. Good luck this year!
