I live in unit 10,If you get in the right spot you will have a blast.Alot of the walk-in-hunting has so much ORANGE on it during rifle season it looks like a pumpkin patch.Be Careful

Hey Critter,
I'm planning on hunting some KS walk-in land out in unit 9 during early muzzleloader season. Can I expect the same thing (i.e. pumpkin patch land)?

I think in early muzzleloader it shounldn't be to bad.Never though it seems like every year the walk-in-hunting up here gets hammered so bad it's hard to even see any deer.

I hunt the southern end of 14 and zone 12 not too much pressure till around Dec. Muzzleload and archery seasons are killer here. Lots of deer. Good luck.
