Default Retraction of Post dated 01/2010

An owner of IMB called me and wanted to work out our differences in regards to my review of services provided to me during the Nov 7-11 2009 fully guided hunt in Missouri. We have both come to a resolution based on this discussion. It appears that IMB is very overwhelmed during the peak of the hunting season and that this may have been the reason that my phone calls and emails went unanswered. By not hearing back from IMB, I assumed that they had no intention of answering my complaints, as they pertained to the services provided on my fully guided hunt. However, I wanted to say that I am satisfied with our discussions and that I may have jumped the gun in getting the word out in regards to these issues, and for that, I apologize. It appears that IMB is willing to listen and make things right by their customers. Therefore, I am retracting any information regarding my recent posts on this webpage. Thank you.

UNABLE TO REMOVE THREAD FROM FORUM BECAUSE IT IS CLOSED BY WEB SITE ADMINISTRATOR. THE POST, OUTFITTERS, WHO CAN YOU TRUST IS NO LONGER A CORRECT ASSESMENT BASED ON THE ABOVE CONVERSATIONS. I DO APPOLOGIZE FOR THIS MISUNDERSTANDING AND WE HAVE COME TO TERMS.

They are working on making it all good. In order to finalize it I need the original post taken down. I believe they were contacted by IMB or someone representing IMB and made a fuss about possible legal liabilities, so they locked the thread.

i bet if had a good experiance they would love for every body to know about it but god forbid someone talks about about a bad experiance , sounds like they need to put more effort into obidding by there contracts and pleasing there hunters and less trying to cover up peoples stories of bad experiances

Sounds to me like the only reason they responded to you is because you posted something negative that the public can see and find in an internet search.

There is no excuse for taking two months to respond to a complaint no matter how busy they are...other than they were ignoring it until they found out you weren't staying quiet about it.

I would also guess that as part of them making it better, you had to agree to post this retraction even though you don't mean it...

I must agree with Deerchump...this is part of his agreement with them. I doubt he actually means what he typed, if he typed it at all.

Well I don't even see your original post. So I assume it was a negative opinion about IMB. Why was it locked or removed or whatever? Probobly because IMB advertises here.

I don't even want to go into how bad this appears. Censorship. Bought and paid for.

I think in the name of fairness and HONESTY the whole story should be laid out.

lol yeah right matt...the only reason he was "satisfied" is because he said what he said on here and other people saw it........... squeaky wheel gets greased.
