U.S. Supreme Court takes case against D.C

There is a law suit against the District of Columbia to clarify citizens rights to bear arms. The court must decide if D.C. residents have the same rights as citizens of the states. Acccording to the Gov., D.C. is not a state and thus the residents don't have the same rights.

What happened to the Constitution being for us all??????????????????????
