Default High Benders Anyone?

I'm gonna be up by Saint Marie the day after Christmas and probably gonna do a few holiday beers at High Benders. Any of the southeastern Illinois crowd that want to join me, just drop me a PM or let me know something here. I will be on and off the site for the next two days.

Looks like you are drinking alone.
I would join you but the drive is a bit too much.

Trust me, if you made it out here, you would not regret the drive. Nothing like Stag beer for breakfast with blue Grass music playing on the jukebox. [8D]

Ok I'm on the way. Oh crap the old lady just caught me headed for the truck and gave me a bunch of HD lists. I guess I'll pass on that 18 hour drive since I wouldn't get back home for Christmas.

Think that you are over 62.You can now get a cheapover the counter crossbow deer hunting permit at that age for Illinois and it is crawling withdeer around here. Tell the old lady Merry Christmas and you will see her aroundJanuary 5.

No I am still a young 60 Lanse. Still a youngster I guess or so it seemed when I helped pack 2 elk out of the wilderness area this year. Got all the hunting stuff put away for the year and working on the ice fishing. Got to stick around for a couple of days due to relatives coming but will be out almost every day after that. I was unlucky and drew the head and antlers. 5 miles back at 11,500.
