I live and work in all of those areas and all i got to say is good luck, start knocking on doors. Most properties are hunted pretty hard in those areas

*** Forget the big farms, look for small acerage that others overlook. Buy a plat book and find a honey hold on 10 or 20 acres. Believe me, it works!
