Hunting Cass County, Missouri -- Unit 18

Can anyone give me any information on hunting in Cass County, Missouri. This would fall into unit 18 and is just under Kansas City, on the Missouri side. I have a chance to hunt on a large chunk of land there and want to know if it' s worth a lot my effort to go scouting before deer season. Anyone know anything about the region?? Any help would be appreciated!

I live about 1 mile north of Cass County. Where is this land located?
