Default Smooth move

Seems SOMEHOW the water pipes down at the farm all froze and cracked over the winter. SOMEHOW they either did not get drained right, the plugs weren't left open or the plugs weren't removed.

SOMEHOW

So now SOMEHOW I have to find time to get down there with my PVC stuff and re-plumb everything. Man there's spiders under there!

I would suggest bug bombing it first. You don't want to tangle with some brown recluses and end up having to fire a shorgun with nubs.
