This is only my second year applying as a resident in the first lottery. Can anyone tell me what stratergy is good for a 2nd choice? I'd really like to draw something, even if a mediocre tag. However, I'm not sure how low to go. Anyone have experience on what types of special property tags have been drawn recently as 2nd choices?

Seems the IDNR gets slower and slower every yearabout sending applications. Last year my muzzleloader only application showed up 2 days before the app. period ended! I just apply on line these days.

On-line is the only way to go! The firearm and muzzleloader are available now.

I did minea couple weeks ago online...we shall see what happens! I've heard many complaints also about the mail outs, so online IMO is only way to go.
