Yes, you can use landowner tags for the land that they were issued only.

One last thought, it is no longer a "handgun" season. Shotguns and muzzleloaders are also legal weapons.

last year was the first year that i wounded a deer and was not able to recover it and i have been deer hunting for 12 years. Since then i have decided that my .44 mag is to only be used at the range.

Anyone with leftover firearm/muzzleloader permits, not just landowner permits, can use his/her permits to harvest an antlerless deer. It is no longer a handgun season you can use any firearm with the exception of a leftover youth tag, they can only use a shotgun or muzzleloader. Good luck to all in harvesting some does!!!!!!!!!
