Don't know what county Rose Hill is in,but you can get a Walk in Atlas wherever you purchase your hunting license. Above average rain this year,so quail numbers should be up. Good luck!
I will either hunt down in the SE corner on WIHA land, depending onwhether or not how my dad says it looks Opening day of Rifle, or I will hunt up North East of Manhattan because theres a buttload of WIHA. heres the link to a downloadable hunting atlas if you don't want to wait till you get your license. http://www.kdwp.state.ks.us/kdwp_inf..._hunting_atlas should have all public land in it aswell.
