Ilive in East Central IL and was wondering if anyone here has hunted or had friends who have hunted Ray Norbut State Park? And if so, what were your impressions about it....Good or Bad? Thanks in advance.
I live in Pike County. About 20 minutes from Norbut. It has some great hunting. Kind of crowded at times. A guy could get away from the crowds if he wanted to hike a little. If you bowhunt after shotgun seasons are over I don't think you would run into hardly any people. Couple more great hunting places are Siloam Springs & Buckhorn.
Anyone from Pike Co. Illinois here?
