I have a friend who has a IL.hunting license, but does not have a deer permit for the area I'm hunting. Can he accompany me on my hunt if he is unarmed? If not, is there a wayI could fix it so he can. My friend has a permit, but for a different area. ThankS!

Yes he can tag along as long as he has no weapon. And don't make the mistake of even having his left at camp or in the truck, it's hard to dis-prove that he has'nt been hunting in a county where he doesn't have a tag, but has quick access to a gun/bow.
He has no have required blaze orange. He must alsomust walk exactly 3 Englishman's steps behind you and 1 step to the right. (unless you are right handed and then it is 3 steps behind you and 1 step to the left)
