illinois res. archery tags.

i checked the dnr web stie and it said that tags would be available over the counter late august . i called the local dicks sporting goods and the guy said they will not have them you have to register online. has anyone heard of this?

Should be over the counter. They may be late. The fellow didn't know what he was talking about. Only non-res have to go through the online BS.

They are available now........ got mine last week.

That guy definetly doesn't know what he was talking about. They have been available over the counter for a few weeks now.

yea they are available over the counter i have sold 2 so far this year.

They are also available on the DNR website. Purchase for $26 and they will mail them to you
