Default Illinois Ducks

I was wondering if anyone would be able to recommend a good waterfowl outfitter here in Illinois. I am looking to take my dad on a duck hunt this coming winter, but I am having trouble finding a decent priced outfitter. If anyone is able to make any sort of recommendation I would appreciate it.

How far do you want to drive and what type of hunt? River ducks, pond hunt, field geese, are you lookin for a blind to lease or day hunts, do you have your own rig and deeks or do you want to be catered... soooo many questions.

I would be interested in driving 2-3 hours most, i would prefer either pond hunt or river ducks. I actually don't have decoys or waders. I am fairly new to duck hunting and would like to try it a couple times before spending a ton of money on gear.
