Default Turkey Hunting in Michigan

Hey .. all you turkey hunters , when and where are you all hunting the birds.
If any body wants to do a buddy hunt and hook up with me let me know , I'm pretty good at calling them in.
I applyed for the Jackson , Hillsdale , Washtenaw and Monroe county area for my first choice , unit K for my second choice.
I'll find out sometime in Feb. what I got and keep you all up to date.

I got the 0234 hunt as well. If the birds are slow moving in Hillsdale, were gonna head north to Shiawassee.

I'll be hunting 234 as well. No more of those early season hunts for me! I've been snowed on, not heard a gobble, toms all henned up and not much success in general. Since I've moved to the 234 hunt, good gobblers every year! Lot easier hunt and you have the whole month. Gonna try and shoot one with my bow this year.
