The post rut in Michigan

The post rut is on here in Michigan. I was wondering if anyone has been hunting it? If so how are you doing? I want to try and get out there this weekend, I found a couple rubs that have been freshened up, looking forward to it!

My grandparents grew up on a farm in Bad Axe but thats besides the point. Much luck up there?

Taken many deer in that area, back when it was Detroit Edison land and they leased it to farmers it was great. Still not bad for archery and muzzleloader, but firearm season not so great.

How long do you think this "post rut" will last? I don't know much about it it, except it's a period after the rut.

Do they still chase some? Going out this weekend and was just curious.
