Default 1st deer with handgun

Well how did you guys do this year in knox county???? I got my first deer with the handgun this year it was a big doe. I dropped her right where she stood at about 30 yards. I also took a shot a big buck but it was a bad hit we tried to track him for about 3 hours. Had decent blood for about the first 10 yards or so but then it was just a spot here and there untill we didnt see anything anymore. I feel real bad about it, i have been hunting deer for about 10 years and this is the first one i couldnt find. We even gave it a good 2 hours before looking for it.

Here is a pic of the doe i got.

Glad to hear about the doe.

I'm bringing the 44 along with my 870 for 100 feet and closer.
Hoping to get my first with a wheelgun this year.
