Kansas transferrable rooks or norton county any deer tag

I would like to find an any deer tag for either norton or rooks county. PM me if anyone knows of any.

IfNR Hunterswouldn't support the T-Tag scam, then you'd have much better chances of drawing NR tags in the first place. Just my 2 cents...

They only gave away 36 and deerunit 3 tags total. Resident and NR, with those odds I don't think it would matter if I bought a t-tag. I would still not get one.
