Well i went out today and managed to find 280 mushrooms.

Nice Find deer-hunter18. Went out today and found 7 or 8 big yellows but they were drying out. We need some rain here. I will get some pics tomorrow and post them.

NA j/k, i am in clinton co. Iowa. We found a total of 10 pounds this weekend.

Great find dh. In response to your other thread, you can dehydrate them or freeze them. I am unsure on how to dehydrate them, but seeing that you already have the mushrooms soaking, I would just rinse them with salt water and place them into containers with fresh salt water. Then place them into the freezer. When you get the craving, you can just pull out a container to unthaw and fry 'em up. You might want to do a search on dehyrating morels.
