Well I used up my last buck tag tonight so no more hunts for the big one this year.I wanted to get the big one I missed last year. Tonight I got a spike/forkhorn that i thought was a doe. I couldnt see the head, it was behind a tree when I got my shot and it had 2 fawns with it. So I learned a very hard lesson. Ill post a photo when I get them developed. So now I can doe hunt only,bow turkey hunt,bow coon hunt or use a camera , or take my son hunting.

Bummer bout the spike instead of the Big one.I have only got out once this season so far.Was to wrap up in my Elk hunt and preperation for it.This was the first year i had'nt been out opening day and every day after.
Had 4 does and 3 fawns walk under the stand Monday morning.But opted to wait.Temps are suppose to drop this weekend.May then!!
