Default Anyone in Eastern SD have any does that need to be culled?

im lookin for a place for a first time hunter to try to tag a doe with a muzzleloader. sometime before jan. 21st. hes a good friend (14 yrs old) of mine that im trying to get into hunting and was just wondering if anyone had some does that needed to be taken. anything would be helpful

S.D. division of wildlife has a new program that puts landowners in touch with hunters. Go to there web sight and under the what's new tab you will sell the link from there and than you sign up to get on a list of hunters.
