My friend and I each killed 8 points that will score 120 or so and my uncle killed a nice 9. on the last day we were driving out a small piece of property and saw a monster though. Im still bow hunting him. This was all in Texas County in southern Missouri.

Missouri's overall scores were down around23% from last year I think.

I didn't even get a shot this year although I almost did. My dad got a 10 point buck though, best hes ever gotten in 30 years of hunting[8D]

good for him mohunter. Ya it has been tuff my grandfather also did not get one I think he is getting tired of hauling my deer. But we hunt in northern missouri just outside of jamesport. All public land. The button buck was shot with my bow last weekend in platte city on public land also. Platte city is right on the outskirts of kansas city. I got real lucky I went out on sunday morning because it had snowed the day before to look for tracks. I hit the motherload there was two trails 10 yards apart worn real good. I left the area to go get some lunch came back and within an hour had 3 does come up on me and about 40 mins after that had 2 more. I have been watching these deer on this property and the one up north and all i can say is food hunt where the food is. They aren't going to far from food now.
