I have been refered to in the past as a whitetail population control specialist so I feel it is my duty to also offer my services to this poor person who is overrun by those pesky deer!!

yea shoot does, try not to shoot the little bucks, if you see a bruiser tho make sure u blast him lol. i heard that shooting a few does each year helps keep the herd numbers down and keeps them healthy

Yes shoot does. It does help, especially if all you see is doe and no bucks. But, if you are seeing bucks, you should probably try to get the older ones. Let the young ones grow up. I would say not to shoot any buck that has less than eight points I guess. That is my motto. I don't like shooting small deer unless it is a doe, for heard reduction/management.

Sounds like a great way to fill a few freezers with some sweet doe meat. The holiday season is upon us and this could be a great avenue to put some healthy venison on the less fortunate folks tables, don't you think? It's always a good thing to put hunters in a positive light. I'm sure that any of your local churches can help put you in touch with families that would be extremely grateful for the meat.

Without knowing the specifics such as where this land is located, how many acres, crops, etc. it is hard to say exactly what your options are. But you may need to ask the owner to contact the local conservation folks and try to get some nuisance permits.

Good luck and try to help out the less fortunate with venison - and your heart.
