hey im new to the boards, and just kind of wondering if anyone has had any good lunk in minnesota. and also how the rut is going in there area of minnesota

hey i'm in minn too. i get a nice 12pter last week. but it seen like a lot of people are getting big deer this year. seen more this year then the past coulpe. i havn't seen bucks chaseing till last friday, hav't gone out since then but i think it's going hard now good luck

hey where are from in minn.?i am from the new london, spicer area. did you shoot your buck with a bow or gun? i have not been out much so i havent really seen the bucks chasing yet. i am also going to be gone over thanksgiving so i wont make it out then either. which sucks, but i am going to north dakota duck hunting so it is alright.

I,ve got 3 doe so far with bow, now waitting for BP to start maybe I,ll shoot a Buck but I dought it. I,ve bow hunted for 23 yrs I like the does for the meat, 2-3 yrs old I also feel this helps the deer population. i,ve seen some nice bucks go by, other hunter,s here in centrial Mn have gotten some nice bucks,maybe someday i,ll put a rack on the wall. 2 deer to go I hope to fill with the BP.maybe i,ll shoot that Buck?.

check out my post in the deer section there is a pic of my deer from this year and also the 16 point i took in 2002 both deer were taken within 15 miles of my home town in northern mn
