Shrink wrap Fleching?

Just wondering if anyone has used these, they look pretty cool, slip them on and soak in hot water. Sounds easy WAY TO EASY what do you all think.

A friend of mine tried those last year. We were shooting at my house the first time he used them, and I couldn't believe it when he told me what they were. Well, I can tell you there is NO replacing custom built arrows.. haha The third time he shot one, when he squeezed the release, the arrow almost missed the target as it had NO fletching because the the arrow slid right out of the heat shrunk fletching.....hahaha

That was my concern how well they would hold up after a lot of shots.
