Default question for Illinois hunters on food plots

my dad thought about getting some clover or the cloverplus stuff made by biologic but my thinking on this is that this would be like hunting over bait,,am i wrong on this,,can u hunt over food plots in IL??

You can hunt over food plots. They define bait differently. You can check the rules and regs online to be sure though. Just go to the IDNR website, and under hunting they have the new rules and regs book available for download. Good luck this fall.
