yes i reserve my strings, depends on the model CB you have. recurves are easy just remove string from riser and put it onto string serving jig. compounds need some type of press either portable or stationary. there is a thread about it, hit the search. Boo did it
?, have you ever reserved Ur Xbow? If so, what were your procedures, from removing the bow from the gun to how did you separate the cables from the string and then serve it. I am not trying to buy a bow press.
