I'm not familiar with Bush, LA. My family connections are in the southwest portion of the state. Welcome to the site. It has went downhill recently because folks even crazier than the inmates are now running the asylum. But you can still find a little wheat mixed in with all the chaff.
I believe we have met my wife, Maude, and I are retired and enjoy traveling throughout America staying in small towns. We do winter in Bush, LA but consider America our address. Should your travels ever find you in the midwest I would encourage you to make every effort possible to meet a young man by the name of Alan Hatten, he is a natural born leader and a very headdy thinker.
My cousin has unlimited access to about 14,000 acres of land up by Edgerly, so I can pretty much get in all the duck hunting I want when I am down there. Wouldnt mind hanging out at a duck camp some time and maybe get in a different duck hunting experience, but just doubt that i could swing it. Also, I've got some good deer hunting gground in Illinois, but it is pretty much booked up with family that hunt it.
