The buck was a heavy racked 8 pt with thick mass and they were very symmetrical that wrapped nicely around to the front. I'll be going back there again on Tuesday. I haven't hunted any other SWMNV properties since before Thanksgiving.
I've got a new bow that I'm wanting to get a little blood on. Some of the guys at Colvin are putting triples on the ground and I haven't put one down yet. It's supposed to be nice on Tuesday, so maybe I'll get lucky.

Hunting has been a little slow since Thanksgiving. I killed a doe on Saldana a couple days before Thanksgiving but I haven't seen deer on Niles/Saldana/Castle since then. I am taking this Friday off to hunt so I hope to get a shot. I'm itchy!

That's a great story about the buck on Colvin Run. What did he look like? They mentioned the possibility of Earn-a-Buck in there next year.
