Jim, You will be very happy with these batteries. I got them from my son in law who works for EXCIDE Battery's. These are Military batteries and are seconds like kendall said has some flaw in the battery case. They weight a ton but last forever. Bout twice as long as a regular marine battery. Kendall gave you a good price too, will be the best $ you have spent in a long time.
